Originally from Portland, Oregon, Hallie has been at the top of her field in Permanent Cosmetics, and brings over 10 years of experience to her craft. Her areas of focus are all style of brows including nano and ombre, eyeliner, lips, cosmetic tattoo removal, and scar camouflage. She is a member in good standing of the Society of Permanent Makeup Professionals.
